Here's a one-minute clip someone sent me of Michael Jackson, from the video "This is it", which came out shortly after his death.
I'm not sure what all this means, but it seems interesting. A lot of people seem to feel that we're living in a unique moment in time, for better or worse. Here's a passage from the book:
This is the moment when it will be decided what the future is going to be.
The future is either going to be catastrophic disaster, or it is going to be the turnabout moment in human history, in which humankind will step out of its dark ages of "tribalism" into a new mode of human cooperative order.
The next handful of years is the period in which this choice has to be made, one way or the other.
